BMW YES4Youth Programme 2027 Offers 12 Months of Workplace Experience
BMW’s YES4Youth Student Programme 2027 offers unemployed South Africans a twelve-month workplace placement. This is a separate opportunity from BMW’s graduate programme.
Who can apply?
Applicants must be aged 18–34, hold an appropriate completed qualification and have not previously participated in YES4Youth. Disciplines include business, finance, engineering, automotive trades, logistics, IT, analytics, HR, communications, law and safety.
What the programme offers
The fixed-term placement provides practical experience within BMW operations in Gauteng, including Midrand, Rosslyn and Menlyn. The official advert does not state a stipend amount.
