What the placement involves
The intern will support pension-fund complaint handling: helping lodge complaints, preparing correspondence, investigating matters and drafting determinations. Accurate file records, follow-ups with parties and weekly or monthly reporting are also part of the work.

An LLB degree is required. A Pension Funds Law certificate and Practical Legal Training are advantages, rather than compulsory entry qualifications.
