Questions before applying

Is this a route to obtaining my first trade certificate?

No. Your qualifying trade assessment must already be completed.

How should I prepare?

Check the date on your trade certificate against the eligibility window. Make your experience dates clear, and keep copies of whatever documents the portal requests. Review the final submission screen rather than assuming that saving a profile completes an application.

Can I rely on older apprenticeship adverts?

Use the specific requisition linked below. Different Transnet intakes can have different trades, entry requirements and deadlines.
