- Open and close files under the records-classification system, label and store them, and trace or retrieve requested documents.
- Prepare records for archiving or distribution and register requests from users such as auditors and HR practitioners.
- Track files for employees moving to other departments, check their contents, arrange transfers with HR and Facilities, and update transfer records.
Documents to prepare
Submit the new Z83 together with a recent, comprehensive CV. The CV must include contactable referees with telephone numbers and email addresses. The Office of the Chief Justice asks applicants to send documents in PDF format and put them in one folder.
Complete the application form fully, sign it and initial both pages. State the correct position title, advertised office and exact reference. The old Z83 and incomplete, unsigned or uninitialled forms are not accepted.
Certified qualifications and related documents are required from shortlisted candidates on or before the interview date, after Human Resources contacts them. Applicants with foreign qualifications should follow the notice’s evaluation requirement. The initial application requirement is the new Z83 and comprehensive CV.
