Requirements and commitments
- Unemployed South African citizens aged 18–34 with a non-ICT qualification at NQF Level 6 or higher.
- Academic transcripts and highest qualification certificate.
- Microsoft Office literacy, IT concepts, clear communication, independent working and teamwork.
- No criminal record and clear credit history.
- Full attendance Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00; commute to campus and any applicable host site.
- Reliable internet for remote sessions; proactive problem-solving, sustained engagement and willingness to learn industry tools.
Employment Equity candidates receive preference, particularly women in technology and persons with disabilities.
Application and selection
Apply online, complete CAPACITI and psychometric assessments, select a digital stream during screening and attend an interview if shortlisted. Training includes projects and mentorship; employment placement is not guaranteed.
