About the University of Chicago Administrative Fellowship
The UChicago Medicine Administrative Fellowship is a structured program where fellows engage in a variety of projects across multiple departments. Fellows gain insight into hospital operations, financial management, strategic planning, and healthcare leadership.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants for the Administrative Fellowship 2027 must meet the following criteria:
- Completion of a master’s degree from an accredited program such as MHA, MPH, MBA, or a related field, or completion of all didactic coursework for these programs between November 2026 and June 2027.
- Strong interest in healthcare administration within an academic medical center.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and thrive in team-oriented environments.
- High leadership potential and professional maturity.
