Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold at least a four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited public or private university.
- Have an outstanding academic record.
- Have at least two years of full-time professional experience related to the proposed field of study.

- Be a citizen and resident of Bangladesh at the time of application.
