Background & Job Description

The Network You International Training and Internship Program 2025 is a prestigious initiative co-funded by the European Union and implemented by CIHEAM Bari and Confcooperative. The program aims to empower young Egyptian graduates and technicians with the skills needed to thrive in the green innovation and digital transformation sectors, particularly in agriculture, agri-food, and environmental industries.

Taking place in the Puglia Region of Italy, participants will benefit from training, international exposure, and career coaching. The program promotes sustainability, entrepreneurship, and innovation-driven development, equipping participants to contribute to Egypt’s and the Mediterranean’s future.

Tasks

Selected candidates will:

Participate in international training sessions with recognized institutions.
Undertake hands-on internships in leading companies in Italy.
Gain exposure to green innovation, food processing, and digital technologies.
Receive personalized career coaching and mentorship.
Build networks with Mediterranean universities, companies, and institutions.
Develop cross-cultural communication and entrepreneurship skills.

Qualifications Network You International Training and Internship Program 2025 (Fully Funded)

Education and Certification

Fresh graduates (aged 20–30) with a degree in ICT or digital technologies, interested in applying innovation to the agri-food or environmental sectors.
Technicians (aged 20–35) with backgrounds in agricultural, environmental, or food-related disciplines, particularly from rural or underserved areas.
English proficiency of minimum B2 level (CEFR), supported by a language certificate.

Experience

Previous academic or technical training in relevant areas.
Motivation to apply innovative and sustainable approaches in green and digital industries.
Prior exposure to agri-food, environment, or ICT projects is an advantage but not required.
