Role: Marketing Communications & Impact Intern
This role blends storytelling, data analysis, strategic communications, and research. Interns join the Strategy Team, supporting Marketing & Communications while collaborating with Impact-Data experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and craft compelling impact stories from VisionFund’s global microfinance work.
- Produce high-quality content for the website, social media, and digital platforms.
- Develop creative data storytelling assets and visual content.
- Conduct research on microfinance, poverty reduction, and financial inclusion.
- Support management of the Impact Database and data accessibility.
- Collaborate across Strategy, Impact, and Communications teams.

- At least 18 years old.
- Located and legally authorized to work in one of the following US states:
Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington. - Must possess a valid US Social Security Number.
- Able to commit to 30–40 hours/week for the full internship period (26 Jan – 24 Apr 2026).
- Must be a current student or recent graduate (within 2 years).
- Must affirm and align with World Vision’s Christian Statement of Faith.
- Willing to use personal devices for internship tasks and allow installation of security software.
