Roche is inviting applications for its Global Internship Programme in Innovation & Sustainability (#IP2TIS) 2027. This program is not a traditional internship — it is a high-impact, six-month opportunity to develop scalable solutions for sustainable healthcare, climate initiatives, and social impact.
Interns will work on real projects that align with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and contribute to meaningful change across science, technology, society, and sustainability.
Internship Focus Areas
1. Science / Innovation
- Develop sustainable protocols in life sciences
- Implement Green Chemistry practices and digital solutions to reduce laboratory environmental impact
2. Technology
- Leverage AI, green software, apps, and medical devices to support a circular economy
- Build solutions that drive sustainability in operations and healthcare
3. Society
- Design initiatives to expand health equity and ensure innovations reach underserved communities
- Focus on measurable social impact and community engagement
4. Sustainability
- Contribute to Net Zero initiatives and resource optimization
- Reduce environmental footprint in operations and promote long-term societal benefits
