The Energy Efficiency Hub serves as a global collaboration platform bringing together governments, international organisations, and private sector stakeholders to advance energy efficiency worldwide.
Its core objectives include:

- Supporting Member-led Task Groups
- Enhancing global visibility of energy efficiency strategies

Key Responsibilities for OECD Hiring Programme Manager
Programme & Secretariat Operations
- Support planning and implementation of the Hub’s programme of work
- Develop timelines, track deliverables, and prepare reports
- Assist Steering Committee operations and decision-making processes
- Ensure compliance with OECD/IEA financial reporting standards
- Coordinate with administrative staff and interns
Communications & Outreach
- Lead development of the Hub’s communications strategy
- Disseminate technical outputs and policy insights
- Organise international workshops and policy exchange events
- Draft high-quality content showcasing energy efficiency case studies
- Coordinate high-profile global events on energy efficiency
Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate collaboration among Hub Members and Task Groups

Required Qualifications
Education
Advanced university degree in:
- Engineering
- Economics
- Public Policy
- Physical Sciences
- International Relations
- Statistics
- Or related disciplines
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in energy efficiency policy or related fields
- Strong technical, economic, and policy expertise
- Proven project management skills
- Experience managing international multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
Languages
- Excellent written and spoken English (required)
- Knowledge of additional Hub Member languages is an asset
