Two 2026 editions are available:

  • Edition 1: Registration deadline 9 February 2026 — Programme dates 9 Feb 2026 – 31 Dec 2026.

To earn the Diploma participants must successfully complete four of the available e-Learning courses and submit a valid research paper before the diploma deadline. UNITAR course certificates are issued at the end of each module; diploma award follows successful paper submission and verification.

How to apply

Standard (fee-paying) applicants

Fellowship (LDC/SIDS nationals) applicants
