Role and Responsibilities

1. Administrative and Logistical Support

3. HR Administrative Support

  • Support recruitment by preparing vacancy announcements, organizing interviews, and compiling matrices.
  • Maintain staffing lists and HR reports as assigned.
  • Perform Leave Monitor duties.

4. Knowledge Building and Sharing

  • Facilitate internal training on administrative rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Strengthen team understanding of operational processes.

5. Additional Support

  • Perform other relevant administrative duties as required for smooth office operation.

Education

  • Required: Completion of secondary education.
  • Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

Experience

  • 5 years of administrative, logistics, procurement, or HR experience (with secondary education),
