The Call Center Agent is responsible for managing and addressing requests, complaints, claims, and suggestions (PQRS) from beneficiaries. The role involves adhering to organisational accountability standards, handling relevant systems, and supporting operational activities in Venezuela.
Tasks
- Ensure the reception and guidance of beneficiary requests, complaints, claims, and suggestions in alignment with public service scripts.
- Administer the PQRS application or tools following organisational standards and guidelines.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support operational activities in Visión Mundial Venezuela.
Qualifications
Education and Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, humanities, or economics.
- Specialised studies (courses or diplomas) in human rights, children’s rights, public relations, or communications.
Knowledge and Skills
- Familiarity with child, adolescent, and youth participation, social movements, and interest groups.
- Strong knowledge of social mobilisation, campaigns, and volunteer management.
- Understanding of the national socio-political context and trends in legislative frameworks related to children and youth.
- Proficiency in social media, virtual platforms, and mobilisation strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Basic proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to represent the organisation in external spaces with credibility.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in participation processes, campaigns, volunteerism, social mobilisation, and communication at national and local levels.
- Proven experience managing social media and related tools.
