Unique Opportunity

CERN’s Early Career Professionals program is designed to offer young talents the chance to contribute to groundbreaking research and development projects. While all currently available projects are listed individually on CERN’s career site, this spontaneous application process allows you to be considered for unpublished projects or additional needs that may arise.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this program, you must:

  • Be a national of a CERN Member or Associate Member State.
  • Have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation by the application deadline.
  • Hold either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.
  • Not hold a PhD.
  • Have a working knowledge of English or French.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English or French.

  • A comprehensive CV.
  • A scanned PDF of your most recent relevant qualification.
