Education and Certification
For Fixed-Term & Short-Term Professional Positions (P-levels):

- A first-level university degree (Bachelor’s) in combination with additional qualifying experience (typically 2 years) may be accepted in lieu of an advanced degree for some positions.

For Fellowships (e.g., CAPACITY Fellowship Programme):
