UNESCO Strategic Planning and IT Transformation Consultant. The Consultant will be tasked with conducting a comprehensive review of the Core Manager 1.0. This will involve a detailed evaluation of its functionality, usability, and overall performance. The aim will be to identify any issues, gaps or areas that could be enhanced or improved in the next version.

B. Feedback Collection and Analysis
The Consultant will also undertake the process of collecting feedback from Core Manager 1.0 users through surveys and direct consultations. The feedback will be analyzed and interpreted to better understand users’ experiences, difficulties they faced, and any suggestions they may have for improving the system.
C. Needs Assessment and Requirements Formulation
Based on the insights gathered from the review and feedback, the Consultant will conduct a needs assessment to identify what enhancements or new features are required for the next version of the Core Manager. They will then formulate detailed business and functional requirements that will guide the development of the Core Manager system’s future iterations.
D. Support in System Design and Development
The Consultant will work closely with UNESCO’s Secretariat, other relevant units, and possibly other UN system organizations to translate the identified business needs into functional requirements. They will contribute to the development of the revamped Core Manager system by ensuring the system design aligns with the defined requirements.
