Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will:
- Coordinate with teams on updating the chart of accounts.
- Maintain and regularly update the roster of selected candidates.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage and update Travel Request Information Processing (TRIP) profiles.
- Support the organization of learning and development activities.
- Ensure mandatory course trackers are accurate.
- Provide logistics and communication support for staff engagement initiatives.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by the Head of HR.

Eligibility
Education:
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- Enrolled in a postgraduate degree (e.g., master’s or equivalent).
- Enrolled in the final academic year of a bachelor’s degree.
- Recently graduated (within one year).
- Enrolled in a postgraduate professional traineeship program.
Preferred Background:
Candidates with degrees in Journalism, English Literature, or Public Relations are highly preferred.
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Office 365, and SharePoint Online.
- Ability to produce high-quality documents within tight deadlines.
- Strong team player with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
Languages
- Fluency in English is required.
- Knowledge of Hindi is desirable.
Additional Information
- Stipend: Interns may receive a stipend to cover daily expenses such as meals and transportation.
- Medical Insurance: Interns must secure their own medical insurance for the duration of the internship.
- Visas & Travel: Interns are responsible for arranging visas and travel.
- Evaluation: Performance will be evaluated at the end of the internship.

- Interns are not eligible for employment with UNDP during or immediately after the internship.
- Family relationships must be disclosed to avoid any conflict of interest.
