The UNDP Graduate Programme was launched in 2021 as part of the organization’s efforts to build a diverse and skilled workforce for the future. This programme provides young professionals with the opportunity to contribute to global development solutions, while gaining practical experience in UNDP country, regional, or headquarters offices.

Designed as an entry-level UN opportunity, the Graduate Programme offers a two-year assignment focusing on key areas of sustainable development, policy research, and programme implementation. Education and Certification
