Background & Job Description

The TotalEnergies Young Graduate Trainee Program 2025 in Kenya is a structured 18-month program targeting fresh graduates under the age of 27. The program consists of two phases: a 6-month local placement at TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC, followed by a 12-month international assignment in one of TotalEnergies’ African subsidiaries.

This initiative is part of TotalEnergies’ mission to build the capacity of young African professionals. We are sharing this opportunity strictly for informational purposes and are not affiliated with TotalEnergies.

Tasks

Gain professional experience in engineering, business, or support services
Work on local and international assignments
Develop cross-cultural understanding
Participate in leadership and development programs

TotalEnergies 2025 Young Graduate Trainee Program – Kenya

Qualifications

Education and Certification

Bachelor’s degree (Upper Second-Class Honours or equivalent) from the last two years
Must be aged 26 or younger at the time of application
Minimum KCSE Mean Grade of B+
Relevant degree in:
- Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, AI, etc.)
- Business (Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Business Admin)
- Support Functions (HR, Procurement, IT, Law, Data, Environment, etc.)

Experience

Recent graduate with strong academic and leadership potential
No prior work experience is required
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Additional Information

Program duration: 18 months (6 months local, 12 months international)
Fully paid with relocation and living support
Required documents: Degree, KCSE, National ID, and certifications
