Qualifications
Education and Certification
- High School Diploma with 5+ years customer service experience, or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business with 2+ years customer service experience
Experience
- Experience with order management, SAP, and customer databases
- Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Logistics, R&D, Finance, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
