We are currently on the lookout for customer support professionals to join our WPML team. In this role, you will be solving problems and guiding clients in utilizing our products. Your responsibilities will include responding to client inquiries, identifying and resolving issues, examining system configurations and code, collaborating with your colleagues, and forwarding concerns or feature requests to our development teams.

We are seeking an individual who possesses significant experience in WordPress technical support and is proficient in English, German, and either Italian or Spanish to join the WPML Forums at OTGS. You will be part of our robust team of support specialists and developers.

Remote WordPress Technical Support Specialist

Being an excellent team player and communicator is crucial, as well as having the self-discipline to manage tasks efficiently. This is particularly essential when you’re close to finishing your tasks but a client reports an issue requiring debugging.
Your duties will include:

• Responding to client inquiries,
• Debugging issues,
• Examining system configurations and code,
• Collaborating with the Support team,
• Escalating issues or feature requests to the Development teams.

Required qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Technical Customer Support role,
• Proficiency in English, German, and either Italian or Spanish (both written and verbal).
• We seek expertise in WordPress UI and Codex (including templates, taxonomy, custom post types), WP CLI, GIT basics, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Chrome DevTools (or similar). You should have experience in building websites using WordPress, possess superior problem-solving abilities, have patience, and show meticulous attention to detail. A reliable, robust internet connection is a must as we have daily calls.
