We aren’t interested in inflating our social media presence for vanity or reputation. We view social media as a means to connect with individuals who already appreciate our work.
We won’t burden you with unreasonable growth objectives. We’re more concerned with interaction. Are we delivering content that our audience finds valuable? Like our products, is the content designed to be easily understood?
The good news is we have a plethora of content (look at our product range!). Your task is to figure out how to repurpose this content and distribute it on social platforms. Is the content so helpful that people share it?

Salary: £27,500 – £32,000 p/a (based on experience)

Duties:
Devise and implement social media strategies aligned with Pip Decks’ customer & business goals.
Generate briefs and collaborate with Pip Decks authors to create top-tier educational content for our audience.
Produce and modify premium, engaging content (graphics, social videos, long-form text) for our social media platforms, such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Manage online communities by posting daily and interacting with followers.
Track and report engagement metrics and qualitative feedback.
Support marketing activities including product launches, events, and promotions.
As a team member in direct contact with Pip Decks customers, conduct extensive research on audience preferences, sentiments, gather feedback – and share insights and findings with the wider team.
Utilize tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, and Descript to create visually appealing and highly useful content that resonates with our audience.
Remote Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist
Qualifications
Established work experience as a Social Media Content Creator / Manager or a similar role.
A portfolio demonstrating premium content creation across various social media platforms.
Proven success in managing and growing social media accounts.
Solid graphic design, copywriting, and video editing skills (and taste!).
Experience in brief writing and working with other content creators, maintaining high standards of quality and delivery.
Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting, yet collaborating effectively with the team.
A fast learner with the ability to understand new concepts and stay in tune with trends.
A proactive and self-motivated approach towards generating high-quality, engaging social media content.
Evidence of creative and innovative thinking in the social media domain.
Experience in analyzing social media data to guide strategy and content creation.
Proven skills in crisis management and addressing negative feedback online.
Experience with influencer partnerships and collaborations is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills, with experience in audience engagement and interaction.
