This position involves contacting members of Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plans to schedule in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations. Successful candidates will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with set goals for calls and appointments.
Tasks
- Make up to 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer
- Follow scripts to explain and schedule free healthcare evaluations
- Meet daily productivity goals (300-400 calls per day, 24 appointments set)
- Adjust, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed
- Track performance and report escalations to managers
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications
Education and Certification:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience:
- 1+ year of call center experience, or 2+ years of general work experience
- Previous outbound call center or high-volume experience preferred
- Ability to work with auto-dialers and follow scripts
