Pay Scale: Hourly $17.49 – $25.35
The stated salary range considers various elements that influence compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill set, experience, training, licenses, certifications, and the organization’s needs. It’s crucial to note that the range has not been adjusted for geographical differentials relative to the job location. At One Call, it’s rare for a new hire to start at or near the top of the salary range, and compensation decisions are based on each individual’s circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $17.49 – $25.35 per hour.

Job Overview:
The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for ensuring timely payments to therapy clinics and resolving any billing issues.
Accounts Payable Associate I – Role Description:
This entry-level position requires basic skills with a moderate proficiency level. The candidate should have a general understanding of the Accounts Payable department and will work under close to moderate supervision to ensure accuracy. The role involves learning from senior peers on processes or errors. Typically, it requires up to a year of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role. The associate should strive to maintain an average collection period of 45 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coding and filing invoices.
- Executing daily check runs.
- Updating clinic information in the company system.
- Issuing check copies, voids, re-issues, 1099s, corrections, appeals, and reconsiderations.
- Auditing expenses and obtaining company employee approval for received invoices.
- Providing outstanding customer service during each interaction.
- Knowledgeable use of office equipment, such as copiers and scanners.
- Participating in department meetings and training sessions.
- Completing other duties and assignments as directed by management.
Education Requirement:
High school diploma or G.E.D.
