Remote Customer Service Agent
Responsibilities
- Address complex technical issues faced by customers using our platform or related services such as eCommerce sites or Point Of Sale (POS) systems.
- Handle all technical problem escalations from first-level support agents.
- Identify trends and patterns.
- Work closely with our Engineering teams to escalate significant issues.
- Use various communication tools including email, chat, and voice to assist customers.
- Follow our customer service guidelines to resolve service issues.
- Direct customers to our online resources and share self-help articles.
- Always provide empathetic and courteous services.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Basic understanding of APIs, Spreadsheets (formulas, data formatting), web technologies (https, ftp, DNS, Firewalls), eCommerce platforms, POS systems, ERP software, and various web platforms (such as Wordpress, Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Availability for full-time work.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Google Workspace, MS Office).
