We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a background in Customer Service, preferably with at least 2-4 years of experience in an American tech startup. This remote customer service agent role , offers growth opportunities within our organization. During the initial three months, the selected candidate will undergo training and familiarization with our systems and processes, focusing on Level 1 Customer Support.
Remote Customer Service Agent Role Responsibilities:
Level 1 Customer Support:
- Address incoming customer support issues via Slack and participate in customer meetings as required.
- Handle inbound automated reports, identifying and escalating them to the appropriate teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve errors and bugs before they are encountered by customers.
Customer Success Coordinator:
- Assist the Customer Success Manager (CSM) in onboarding new accounts, primarily handling back-end tasks.
- Communicate with customers through Slack, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Gather and present customer data to the CSM, including usage statistics, customer satisfaction feedback, and growth metrics.
Customer Success Manager:
- Once fully trained, assume responsibility for managing a designated book of business.
- Oversee onboarding, provide ongoing support, offer coaching, and develop expertise in our product and industry.
Our ideal candidate possesses the following qualities and qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage customers effectively through remote meetings and Slack.
- Experience working with busy customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Proactive mindset, taking the initiative to address issues before they escalate.
- Demonstrated experience of 2-4 years in Customer Service/Success, ideally within an American startup.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Availability to work predominantly during North American timezones.
- Able to work remotely in a professional environment, equipped with reliable internet, webcam, and microphone.
