Tasks for Plan International Monitoring & Evaluation Jobs 2025

The key responsibilities of Monitoring & Evaluation professionals at Plan International may include:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining M&E frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
• Developing and applying tools to collect quantitative and qualitative data for program analysis.

Qualifications

Education and Certification

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, International Development, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Specialized training or certification in Results-Based Management (RBM), Evaluation Methodologies, Data Analysis, or Humanitarian M&E is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with global frameworks like the SDGs, OECD-DAC evaluation criteria, or humanitarian standards is beneficial.

Experience

• Proven experience in designing and implementing M&E systems within NGOs, INGOs, or international organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, preferably using tools like SPSS, Stata, R, or Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of survey design, sampling techniques, and participatory research methods.
• At least 2–5 years of professional experience for mid-level roles; entry-level internships and graduate positions are also available.
• Experience working in multicultural teams and with diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information

• Contract Type: Permanent, fixed-term, consultancy, and internship positions are available depending on the role.
