Tasks for Plan International Monitoring & Evaluation Jobs 2025
The key responsibilities of Monitoring & Evaluation professionals at Plan International may include:

Qualifications
Education and Certification
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, International Development, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Specialized training or certification in Results-Based Management (RBM), Evaluation Methodologies, Data Analysis, or Humanitarian M&E is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with global frameworks like the SDGs, OECD-DAC evaluation criteria, or humanitarian standards is beneficial.
Experience
- Proven experience in designing and implementing M&E systems within NGOs, INGOs, or international organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, preferably using tools like SPSS, Stata, R, or Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of survey design, sampling techniques, and participatory research methods.
- At least 2–5 years of professional experience for mid-level roles; entry-level internships and graduate positions are also available.
- Experience working in multicultural teams and with diverse stakeholders.
