Experience
- For YAP: Minimal to no prior professional experience is expected, as it’s an entry-level programme.
- For other Junior Professional/Policy Analyst roles: Often requires a minimum of one to two years of relevant professional experience in research, analysis, or policy development, ideally in a public administration, international organization, or academic research institution.
- Strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills (e.g., knowledge of STATA, R, or Python) are essential.
- Fluency in one of the two OECD official languages (English or French) with a knowledge of, or willingness to learn, the other.
