The National Social Security Fund (NSSF), a major player in Kenya’s retirement benefits sector, has officially announced its 2025 Internship Program for Kenyan youth. This one-year training initiative is part of the Government Youth Empowerment Strategy and aims to equip recent graduates with on-the-job experience to prepare them for Kenya’s competitive labor market.
Interns will be stationed at NSSF’s head office and branch network countrywide, providing valuable exposure to various operational departments. This opportunity offers fresh graduates a structured environment to grow professionally and contribute to public service.
Tasks

Qualifications
Education and Certification
- Must have a degree or diploma from an accredited institution
- Graduated and in possession of the certificate
- Must have graduated within the last four (4) years from the closing date of this advertisement
Experience
- No prior work or internship experience allowed
- Must provide a reference letter from the institution where they graduated
Additional Requirements
- Aged between 20 and 34 years
- Available to work full-time for the entire 1-year internship duration
- Not previously engaged in any internship or employment since graduation
