Reporting Lines:
The Young Professional Officer (Human Resources) reports to the regional Human Resources Officer at RAF.
Technical Focus:
The role involves assisting in the management of human resources in the region, including staff and affiliate workforce. The officer will collaborate with the HR team and provide support and guidance on HR matters to client offices. Job Opportunity: Young Professional Officer Positions at FAO
Key Functions:
- Deliver or support HR services.
- Research and analyze HR policies and best practices.
- Carry out routine HR processes.
- Contribute to training and development initiatives.
- Provide HR advice to management and employees.
- Participate in project teams and work groups.
Specific Functions:
- Support recruitment processes.
- Assist in onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate training activities.
- Provide HR information and advice.
- Maintain databases and rosters.
- Assist in developing SOPs and guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:

- One year of relevant experience in HR and/or public administration.
- Proficient in English and intermediate level in another FAO official language.
