In response to our growing IT Advisory practice, we’re currently seeking skilled and experienced professionals to join our KPMG Cambodia team. This position will lead our IT Advisory business, focusing on:

1. Technology Enablement (TE) which delivers a comprehensive range of IT Advisory services, from strategy and design to system implementation.
2. Information Risk Management (IRM) which offers assurance and advisory services to help clients identify risks and establish appropriate controls resulting from the use of information systems and technology.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating directly with the Head of IT Advisory to expand and deliver Technology Enablement projects.

• Identifying prospective clients and building opportunity pipelines.
• Serving as the local Project Manager for ITA projects, which could be IT strategy, ERP implementation, security review, etc.
• Collaborating directly with the IRM Leader to execute IT audit projects. Responsibilities will consist of:
• Participating as a member of the IT Audit team to address technology issues, risks and offer advisory on risk mitigation.
• Managing and leading IT-related projects across major industry sectors within a team of professionals.
• Playing a vital role in KPMG’s financial audit process by evaluating the design and effectiveness of technology controls throughout the business cycle, identifying and assessing potential and significant business systems risks.

• Communicating IT audit findings to senior management and clients.

Candidates should possess:

• Minimum of 7 years of overall IT experience, with at least 4 years in Information Risk Management related areas.

• Knowledge of different ERP solutions like Oracle, SAP, SAGE would be an advantage.
• Understanding of ERP implementation life cycle and general security knowledge would be beneficial.
• Deep understanding of business processes in accounting, sales, distribution manufacturing, and banking functions.
• Excellent teamwork, proactive and service-oriented mindset, good command of spoken and written English, willingness to travel when needed.
• Analytical and creative thinking skills, strong computer literacy, excellent interpersonal skills, energy and eagerness to learn from others.
