Key Responsibilities:

  1. Under the guidance of the Country Coordinator and in collaboration with the Communication Assistant, implement the communication strategy.
  2. Create key communication assets like briefs, articles, and factsheets.
  3. Assist in organizing external events adhering to UNICEF’s global brand guidelines.
  4. Produce and edit a range of communication materials including press releases and donor proposals.
  5. Ensure all program materials are systematically filed in UNICEF’s shared workspace.

Contract Duration:
250 days, between September 2023 and October 2024.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in media or press offices.
  • Proficiency in digital content creation, press release writing, and event organization.
  • Familiarity with tools like Talkwalker and fluency in both Italian and English.

Preferred:
Experience in migration issues or with migrants and refugees.

Remuneration:
