Purpose of Activity/Assignment:
The Consultant, Data Analyst – iSCM will be responsible for conducting global surveys, gaps analysis, and data analysis related to cold chain equipment management (CCEM) in immunization supply chains. The consultancy aims to strengthen the supply chain and increase immunization coverage to achieve IA2030 and Gavi goals.
Scope of Work:
The Data Analyst – iSCM consultant will be responsible for several tasks, including conducting global surveys and gaps analysis, developing a global CCE inventory information database, and providing technical assistance to countries on operationalizing data collection tools.

Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s Degree in Statistics, Engineering, Health Economics/Statistics, or related fields.
- Work Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in Power BI and Statistical Analysis, with a good understanding of iSCM. Experience in data analyzing for immunization health commodities and global health surveys is required.
- Competencies: Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. Fluency in English is required. Fluency in another UN language is an asset.
