The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in the financial sector. Through the FSCA Bursary for Students with Disabilities, eligible applicants will receive comprehensive support to complete their undergraduate studies and gain work experience through a structured work-back contract after graduation.
Tasks

Qualifications
Education and Certification
- Must be a South African citizen with a valid ID
- Must be a matriculant or current undergraduate student
- Enrolled in one of the following full-time degrees at a recognised South African university:
- BCom: Finance
- BCom: Economics
- Business Management
- Data Science
- LLB (Bachelor of Laws)
Experience
- No prior work experience required
- Must provide:
- Motivation letter
- Curriculum vitae
- Certified academic results or matric certificate
- Medical certificate proving permanent disability
- Proof of parental income (payslip or affidavit)
