Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Officer, you will be at the forefront of providing excellent customer service and support. Your major responsibilities will include:
Account Opening:
- Explaining all VFR’s products and services in detail to assist customers in making informed choices.
- Assisting customers in opening new accounts, ensuring all necessary documents are submitted and authorized.
- Promoting and cross-selling VFR’s products and services to meet customer needs.

General Enquiries & Customer Service:
- Processing account activities, determining balances, and resolving problems within given authority.
- Providing high levels of customer satisfaction and taking initiative to resolve issues promptly.
- Handling tasks efficiently and maintaining a multi-skilled approach to customer service.
Special / Personal Abilities:
- Demonstrating a determined personality with initiative and perseverance.
- Taking responsibility and adhering to the organization’s Ideals and Core Values.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Communicating effectively and maintaining team harmony.
- Leading daily devotions and fostering a positive team environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- An Advanced Diploma in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer care role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and handle customer queries efficiently.
