• Contract Duration: 1 Year
• Education & Work Experience: High School certificate with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the supervisor’s calendar, contacts, and arrange appointments and meetings.
• Ensure effective functioning of the Deputy Resident Representative (DRR) office.
• Provide communications support and facilitate essential information flow.
• Facilitate knowledge building and management in the Country Office.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years (with a high school diploma) or 4 years (with a bachelor’s degree) of relevant experience.
• Experience in computer use, office software, and web-based management systems.
