The Youth Employment Service (YES) at Duvha Power Station is part of South Africa’s national effort to fight youth unemployment. Tasks

• Provide support services across departments at Duvha Power Station
• Learn and contribute to Eskom’s daily operations
• Participate in workplace training and development
• Follow operational guidelines under supervision

Qualifications

Education and Certification

• Must have completed Grade 12 or hold an equivalent post-matric certificate

Experience

• No prior permanent employment with a single employer for over one year
• Must not be enrolled in full-time studies during the employment period
• Must not have participated in the YES programme before
• Willingness to undergo a recruitment and placement process
