• Assist the Senior Researcher in defining research methodologies and tools.
• Conduct data collection under the guidance of the Senior Researcher.
• Support the training of young people for research and provide on-site guidance to two young researchers.
• Receive training in research methodologies, data collection, and interpretation.
• Collaborate with the Senior Researcher in writing reports and providing guidance on defense documents such as policy briefs and findings of fact.
• Actively contribute to the production of position papers for Advocacy.
• Ensure compliance with Plan’s internal policies, especially Safeguarding and Compliance policies.
• Assist the Senior Researcher in any other tasks necessary for the success of the activity.

Section 3: Qualifications and Skills To excel in the role of a Junior Researcher, candidates should possess a degree in Social Sciences, Development, or related fields, along with professional qualifications in Data Analysis, Social Research, and Monitoring and Evaluation. Previous experience working with youth development programs and NGOs, as well as proficiency in research report writing, are highly desirable.
