- Assist the Senior Researcher in defining research methodologies and tools.
- Conduct data collection under the guidance of the Senior Researcher.
- Support the training of young people for research and provide on-site guidance to two young researchers.
- Receive training in research methodologies, data collection, and interpretation.
- Collaborate with the Senior Researcher in writing reports and providing guidance on defense documents such as policy briefs and findings of fact.
- Actively contribute to the production of position papers for Advocacy.
- Ensure compliance with Plan’s internal policies, especially Safeguarding and Compliance policies.
- Assist the Senior Researcher in any other tasks necessary for the success of the activity.
Section 3: Qualifications and Skills To excel in the role of a Junior Researcher, candidates should possess a degree in Social Sciences, Development, or related fields, along with professional qualifications in Data Analysis, Social Research, and Monitoring and Evaluation.
