Background & Job Description

The EduPower Learnership Programme 2025 is a structured training model combining classroom learning and live BPO campaign experience. Over a 12-month period, learners gain over 1,800 hours of workplace exposure in sectors like contact centres, customer service, sales, lead generation, and administration. This programme helps young South Africans convert their educational background into employable skills through industry-aligned mentorship and real-world tasks.


Tasks

  • Work on real client campaigns in areas such as customer care, quality assurance, lead generation, sales, and POPI compliance.
  • Attend daily mentoring sessions and soft-skills coaching on professionalism, teamwork, and communication.
  • Complete classroom modules aligned to SANQ/SETAs to earn a nationally accredited credential.
  • Maintain professional conduct and deliver consistent performance in live work settings.

Qualifications

Education and Certification

  • South African citizen aged 18–35, with at least Grade 11 or Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
  • Must be unemployed at time of application.
  • No tuition fees; the programme leads to an NQF-accredited qualification (Level 4 or 5).

Experience

  • No prior work experience required
  • Willingness to commit to a full-time, 12-month programme
  • Strong desire to learn, adapt, and develop employable skills

Additional Information

  • Duration: 12 months (combined training and live campaign work).
  • Stipend: Monthly allowance to support living costs (transport, meals).
  • Locations: Available in Durban (Mount Edgecombe), Edenvale (Gauteng), and other partner sites. across SA.
