🏆 Tasks
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing the office calendar, and coordinating appointments.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Handle email correspondence and organize both digital and physical files.
- Support internal communication by drafting and proofreading business correspondence.
- Arrange logistics for meetings, including room reservations and audio-visual setup.
- Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries.
- Maintain office supplies and assist in special projects.

🎓 Qualifications
Education & Certification
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and currently enrolled in or have recently completed a graduate degree in political sciences, social sciences, anthropology, international relations, social communication, or related fields.
Experience
- Strong academic performance is required; previous experience is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- No immediate relatives should be working in any UNICEF office or within the intern’s reporting line.
