Cell C invites applications for its 2025 Associate Intern Program, designed to give recent graduates or students nearing completion of their studies a valuable opportunity to gain real-world experience in one of South Africa’s leading telecommunications companies.
Interns will be placed across various departments according to Cell C’s business needs and the applicant’s field of study. The internship program is not just observational; it involves meaningful project involvement, administrative support, research contributions, and active engagement in strategic business initiatives.
Tasks
Interns will:
- Provide support with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Assist with project coordination and administrative functions.
- Conduct research and compile business reports.
- Participate in data collection and analysis to support decisions.

Qualifications
Education and Certification
Applicants should be currently completing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in any of the following fields (depending on the internship division):
- IT and Cyber Security: BSc in IT, Cyber Security, Computer Engineering, Info Security; CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CEH.
- Forensic Investigation: BCom in Forensic Auditing, Forensic Science, Law (Commercial/Criminal), CFE.
- Networks: BEng/BTech in Telecommunications/Electronics, BSc in Networking, CCNA, CCNP.
- Procurement: BCom in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, CIPS qualification.
- Strategy & Business Transformation: BCom/BEng in Strategic Management, Economics, Data Science, Innovation Management.
- Customer Value Management: BCom in Marketing, Data Science, CRM, Business Analytics; Power BI, SQL, Python certifications.
- Psychometry: BPsych, Masters in Psychology, HPCSA registration (Independent or Supervised Practice).
- Finance: BCom in Accounting, Financial Management, CIMA, CA(SA), Postgraduate Diplomas.
- Risk & Compliance: Bachelors in Risk Management, Law, Compliance, Disaster Management.
- Marketing: BCom/BA in Marketing, Brand Management, Public Relations, Digital Media, Strategic Design.
Experience
- At least 6 to 11 months of relevant experience is preferred (e.g., internships, volunteer work, or project experience).
