The post is to promote gender transformative education in the East Asia and Pacific region through managing a programme, providing technical support to UNICEF country offices in the region and supporting regional coordination concerning gender transformative education. The position is also to support the global work of the UN Girls’ Education Initiative (UNGEI) on school-related gender-based violence (SRGBV).
