Responsibilities & Tasks

The selected candidates will be part of a dynamic team that supports FAO’s operational efficiency through standardized processes and automation. Responsibilities vary by function and may include:

1. Finance Support

  • Processing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy in records.
  • Assisting with budget tracking and expense reports.
  • Supporting financial audits and compliance reviews.

2. Human Resources Support

  • Assisting in recruitment and onboarding procedures.

Qualifications

Education & Certification

  • Candidates must have completed secondary school education.

Experience

  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in an administrative or support role.

Language Requirements

  • Working knowledge of English (Level C) is mandatory.
  • Additional proficiency in other FAO official languages (French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, or Russian) is an asset.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
