Objectives of the Fellowship Program
- Skill Development: Gain hands-on experience by working alongside experienced WHO staff on meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities
As a fellow, you will:
- Conduct literature reviews and data analysis.
- Organize and manage data and documents.
- Assist in drafting policy briefs and other documentation.
- Help organize workshops, meetings, and events.
- Participate in ongoing departmental projects and contribute to the development of tools and guidance documents.

Qualifications
Education:
- A postgraduate degree in public health, health, or a related social field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in research, report drafting, or academic work related to health systems.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of statistical software is a plus.
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is an asset.
Core Competencies:
- Ability to produce quality results and work collaboratively in teams.
- Respect for cultural differences and adaptability in a changing environment.
Additional Information
- Eligibility: Candidates must be under 35 years old and nationals of specific low and middle-income member states in the Eastern Mediterranean Region.
- Compensation: Monthly stipend and official travel to the duty station are provided.
