Background & Job Description

The CSOS Learnership Programme is a government-backed initiative that blends formal training with real-world work experience. It is designed to develop young professionals in the areas of legal compliance, governance, and property regulation. Selected candidates will be based in Centurion, Durban, or Cape Town, and will be trained to play key roles in protecting community rights and improving scheme management systems across South Africa.

Tasks

Receive structured training in compliance and governance
Apply knowledge in a live work environment
Learn project management practices (aligned to PMBOK)
Assist in administrative and reporting duties
Support community-based regulatory frameworks

Qualifications

Education and Certification

Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4
Basic computer literacy
Proficiency in English

Experience

No prior experience needed
Must not be employed or enrolled in other tertiary education
Must not have previously participated in a learnership
Applicants should be passionate about public service, law, or compliance

Stipend: R7,400 per month (R88,800 per year)
