The program operates in eight global capitals, including locations with significant urban refugee populations. Dimensions of the Role:

  1. Support in Desk Research:
    • Conducting literature reviews, data collection, and preliminary data analysis.
    • Synthesizing information to assist in the development of the final report.
  2. Training Co-researchers:
    • Assisting in the development and delivery of training modules for co-researchers.
    • Creating an inclusive environment for co-researchers, facilitating their active participation in research activities.
  3. Participatory Research Assistance:
    • Organizing and facilitating participatory research activities under the guidance of the Research Manager.
    • Coordinating logistics and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth execution of the research.
  4. Support in Qualitative Data Analysis:
    • Analyzing qualitative data using prescribed methodologies and tools.
    • Organizing and preparing data for analysis and report generation.
  5. Reporting and Documentation Support:
    • Assisting in preparing reports and presentations under the supervision of the Research Manager.
    • Maintaining organized records of research activities, findings, and outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  1. Support in Upholding Research Integrity:

  2. Training and Development Support:
    • Assisting the Research Manager in training co-researchers to ensure effective skill development.
