The Role
As an ICT Intern at UNICEF Beijing, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in leveraging technology to support our mission. Under the supervision of the IT Officer, you will assist in providing IT support to the office, researching innovative tools and solutions, and contributing to improving operational efficiency and program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- System Maintenance and Support:
- Assist in the daily operation and monitoring of IT equipment and systems, including hardware devices, operating systems, and application software.
- Participate in handling basic system failure reports, conduct preliminary diagnosis, and assist in solving or escalating issues as necessary.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain office computers and related hardware and software.

Qualifications and Requirements
