- Junior Professional Officer (Digital Learning)
- Focus: Advancing global digital learning initiatives to enhance education access in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Both positions are classified under the Professional (P-2) category.
Tasks
- AI Ethics and Governance:
- Assist in developing ethical guidelines and frameworks for AI systems.
- Conduct research on AI trends and their societal impacts.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders on policy recommendations.
- Digital Learning:
- Support initiatives that integrate digital tools into global education systems.
- Design and evaluate digital learning programs.

Qualifications (Education and Certification, Experience)
Education and Certification
- Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Education, Technology, or related disciplines.
Experience
- Early-career professionals with demonstrated expertise or academic background in the respective focus area (AI Ethics or Digital Learning).
- Excellent research, analysis, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or another UN official language is an asset.
