Role Overview:
As a Consultant Organizer, you will be responsible for managing a writing competition focused on women’s leadership and energy transition issues. Your role will involve developing a comprehensive plan for the competition, promoting it to a wide audience, designing competition materials, coordinating panelists, evaluating submissions, and organizing the award ceremony. You will work closely with Oxfam Indonesia to ensure the success of the competition and its alignment with Oxfam’s mission and values.
Objectives:
- Introduce and increase knowledge on women’s leadership roles and the inclusion of vulnerable groups in energy transition issues.
- Encourage creativity and interest in writing related to the targeted theme, especially equitable energy transition.
- Gather information on public views on the issues determined based on the initiated theme.
- Gain the latest knowledge and ideas on the issues of the competed theme.
- Activate campaign strategies to disseminate the program theme that Oxfam is working on.
- Part of advocacy and educated at campaign strategy level.

- Women’s leadership is used as a platform to provide solutions and innovations in implementing an equitable energy transition for women and vulnerable groups.
- The availability of writers who can inspire development and humanitarian work for the future, particularly those related to energy transition issues.
- Understanding the public perspective on the current issues conveyed.
- The enrichment of literacy and narrative around the issue of women and vulnerable groups and Just Energy Transition that is built as a form of current knowledge development.

- Campaign strategy development is improved to deliver the message of women leadership on just energy transition.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive plan for the competition, including timeline, promotion strategy, and evaluation.
- Promote and disseminate the competition through various channels.
- Create copywriting and visual design for competition materials, including posters and promotional materials.
- Establish a publication platform for winners of the competition, ideally through media platforms.
- Coordinate panelists and scoring for the article writing competition.
- Provide reports on outreach efforts and participation metrics.
- Prepare a summary report of the evaluation process and results.
- Support in organizing the award ceremony, including a post-event report highlighting outcomes and media coverage.
